Infoblox Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

Infoblox Inc. (NYSE: BLOX), a leader in automated network control, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. Of the 7,500,000 shares of Infoblox common stock being offered, 5,744,343 shares are being offered by Infoblox and 1,755,657 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. The underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock offered by Infoblox to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on April 20, 2012 under the symbol “BLOX.”

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. are acting as lead joint book-running managers for the offering, UBS Securities LLC is serving as a joint book-running manager for the offering, and Pacific Crest Securities LLC, JMP Securities LLC and Stephens Inc. are serving as co-managers for the offering.
