Vigorish Viper

Vigorish Viper is a sophisticated actor that designed, developed, and operates a technology suite that provides a link between tens of seemingly unrelated gambling brands that advertise by way of sponsorship deals with European sports teams, to Chinese organized crime, money laundering, and human trafficking throughout Southeast Asia. These owners of the gambling brands prey on residents of Greater China and on victims worldwide to take advantage of the global illegal gambling economy. Vigorish Viper’s technology suite is a full cybercrime supply chain: composed of software, Domain Name System (DNS) configurations, website hosting, payment mechanisms, mobile apps, and more.
